Devagya Sunscape is a high-end wellness resort and branded villa development located on a rare 27-acre riverfront site in Uttarakhand, India

The project is being designed for discerning domestic and international wellness travelers, with a focus on creating a destination that integrates hospitality, residences, and curated experiences within a single environment.

A series of large-scale infrastructure developments are significantly improving accessibility to the region strengthening its position as a high-growth hospitality and wellness destination.

    Expected to reduce travel time to ~3.5–4 hours from Delhi NCR
  • Rishikesh–Karanprayag Railway Line
    Currently under implementation, improving regional connectivity
  • Char Dham Highway Upgrade
    4-lane connectivity to major pilgrimage destinations —Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath

Investment Highlights

The project is being developed with a $15M current valuation, with early investors participating at a $25M cap.

To date, $1.5M has been deployed by the founders, and the current round is raising $5M to advance the project into its next phase.
